Privacy

Only what the site needs.

Pax Terra does not sell personal information.

Email list

Email addresses, source forms, and consent timestamps are stored when someone joins the list. The list uses single opt-in, and subscribers may leave at any time.

Memorial nominations

Nominations store the submitted biographical information, sources, optional portrait link, and optional email for private review.

Humanity wall

Messages submitted to the Humanity Wall store a display name, location, and short message for moderation. Approved messages are published on the site.

Designer results

The future World Government Designer may store answers and computed results to support share links and aggregate comparisons.

Abuse prevention

Public forms use short-lived, one-way visitor fingerprints for rate limiting. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the Pax Terra database.

Retention

Submissions marked as spam or rejected for abuse prevention are automatically deleted after 90 days.
